  • Water Reclamation Cistern delivers an estimated water savings of 94,000 gallons per year through recycling rain water collected from the courtyard to irrigate plants

  • Full Building Recycling Program promotes the purchase of sustainable office and building products and actively promotes best practices, resulting in a 50% decrease in the waste diversion rate
